Features

Everything the office used to do

If it used to live in a notebook, a spreadsheet or your head, it lives in Foreman now.

Quotes & estimates

Your prices, your margins, VAT and CIS handled — approved by text, not by chasing.

Shared diary

Everyone sees the same day. Move a job and the customer and the engineer both know.

Job sheets

Photos, meter readings, parts used and a signature, captured on the phone in the van.

Invoicing & payments

Card on the doorstep, bank transfer, or a payment link. Reconciled against the job.

Customer history

Every visit, part and warranty against the property — not in a text thread from 2023.

The numbers

Quoted, won, invoiced and outstanding — one screen, updated as the day happens.

The business case

What it is worth to you

Most teams get back around three hours per person per week — the paperwork that happens after the job. Put your own numbers in.

Your business

Two numbers is all it takes. Everything on the right recalculates as you change them.

FAQ

Fair questions

Will this work with my accountant's software?

Invoices, payments and CIS deductions export to the usual UK accounts packages, or as a CSV your accountant can import. Pro syncs nightly; Sole trader exports on demand.

What happens to the jobs already in my diary?

Send us the spreadsheet, the calendar export or a photo of the wall planner and we will load your live jobs and customers for you during the trial. It is included, not an upsell.

Do my engineers need training?

They get one screen: today's jobs. Most teams are using it properly by the second morning. The office side takes an afternoon.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. Job sheets, photos and signatures are captured offline and sync when the phone finds a bar. Plant rooms and new-build sites were the reason we built it that way.

What if we take someone on for the summer?

Add them for the months you need them and remove them after. Billing is per active user per month, prorated — there is no minimum term.

Get your evenings back

Thirty days free. Bring your live jobs across and we will set them up with you.
